Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Pramiliya. We take immense pride in the quality of our sarees and ensure they are packed with the utmost care. Please review our shipping and claims policy below:

1. Shipping Timeline

We strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Our standard delivery window is:

  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note: Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To protect both the customer and the brand against transit damage or missing items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

  • Video Requirements: The video must start before the package is opened. It must clearly show the shipping label and that the package is fully sealed on all sides.

  • Continuous Clip: The video must be one single clip (no cuts, no edits) showing the entire process of opening the bag and inspecting the saree.

  • Non-Negotiable: Claims for damages or missing items will be rejected if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

  • Damage During Opening: Please be extremely careful while opening your package. Any damage caused to the saree by the customer (e.g., accidental cuts from scissors or blades) is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please monitor this link to ensure someone is available to receive the package and record the mandatory unboxing video upon arrival.
